Digital Graffiti: Play quick draw against LUGs/people/ or leave messages/drawings around for display

Distro Row: Park a computer by all the others with your favorite distribution so that people can hop from one kiosk to the next.

LUG Show off: A project created/or contributed heavily too by the LUG is on display. Involves a trophy and more importantly bragging rights.
